Aim: To give user the flexibility to reorient workpiece at different angles to minimizing setup time and addressing the limitations of conventional vices and enabling efficient machining of complex parts in Wire EDM processes.

A 3D printed angular vice has been designed to solve the limitations of conventional vices in Wire EDM processes. It enables flexible reorientation of workpieces at different angles, aiming to minimize setup time and facilitate efficient machining of complex parts.
